My name is Justin Ross, and I'm a finance/computer science double major at Washington University in St. Louis.

In Summer 2006 I worked in an IT (computer) Office in New York City at Becker-Parkin doing system administration and management. There I learned how to how to troubleshoot advanced problems that plague companies, especially those in security and prevention of "cyber-slacking" employees.

At Washington University I work as a Technician for Student Technology Services (STS). I've personally handled several hundred personal computers and have a working knowledge of Windows, Apple, and Linux based systems of the past 10 years. I can fix most problems within 2 hours, and if I know of better solutions I will advise you on them before I begin work.
