My name is Justin Ross, and I'm a Senior currently attending Irvington High School.

I really started getting into Computers about three years ago. They just make sense to me, and I've learned how to fix almost any problem I've since encountered.

In Summer 2006 I worked in an IT (computer) Office in New York City at a 300 employee company called Becker-Parkin Dental. There I learned how to perform various networking tasks more quickly and efficiently, and how to troubleshoot advanced problems like large-scale network crashes and the need for day-zero creation of a fair company-wide internet firewall. While you most likely won't need help with those situations, the skills I picked up are applied easily to small scale issues.

Since then, I've formed my own Computer Repair business around the Greenburgh area in order to earn money for college. The way I see it, my competition gets paid a whole lot to do exactly what I can do, just as quickly and just as productively. Since I'm only a kid (of the internet generation) I decided that a $40/hour flat rate was fair considering the end result was the same as my competitors. Because I believe in quality service, I never ask for money on a job I cannot complete and if I can fix the problem within 15 minutes, I'll do it for $15 (to cover gas).
